How Do I Import Mockup Into Figma?

Figma is a vector-based design tool that is gaining popularity in the design community. One of the reasons for its popularity is its ease of use; Figma is very user-friendly and has a low learning curve. Another reason is that Figma is very versatile; it can be used for a wide range of design projects, from websites to mobile apps to product packaging.

One of the most common questions designers ask about Figma is how to import mockups into the program. The process is actually quite simple:

1) First, open up the Figma file that you want to import the mockup into.

2) Then, click on the “File” menu at the top of the screen and select “Import.”

3) A new window will pop up; in this window, select the file format of your mockup. For example, if your mockup is a Photoshop file, select “Photoshop.”

4) Next, locate the file on your computer and click “Open.”

5) The mockup will now be imported into your Figma file! You can move and scale it as needed, and add additional elements on top of it.

That’s all there is to it! Importing mockups into Figma is a quick and easy process that gives you a lot of flexibility in terms of how you use them in your designs.

PRO TIP: We strongly recommend that you do not attempt to import mockups into Figma. Doing so can lead to unpredictable results and may cause your Figma file to become corrupt.
