How do I know if Google Cloud SDK is installed?

If you are using the Google Cloud SDK, you can check to see if it is installed by typing gcloud init in a command line. If the Google Cloud SDK is installed, you will receive output similar to the following:

gcloud init

To use the Google Cloud SDK, you need the following:

A Google account

macOS or Windows with the Windows Subsystem for Linux installed

GCP Console

If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one at https://accounts.google.

com/.

If you don’t have GCP Console, you can install it at https://console.cloud.

google.com/.
