How Do I Link a Form to an Email in Squarespace?

There are a few different ways to link a form to an email in Squarespace. One way is to use the ‘Email Form’ block, which will automatically generate a link to the form in the email.

Another way is to use the ‘Form’ block, which will insert a link to the form in the email. Finally, you can manually create a link to the form in the email by using the ‘Link’ block.

To use the ‘Email Form’ block:

  1. Add the ‘Email Form’ block to your page.
  2. Enter the email address that you want to send the form to in the ‘To’ field.
  3. Enter a subject for the email in the ‘Subject’ field.
  4. Enter a message for the email in the ‘Message’ field.
  5. Click on the ‘Send’ button.

To use the ‘Form’ block:

  1. Add the ‘Form’ block to your page.
  2. Select which fields you want to include in your form.
  3. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon and select ‘Email Notifications’.
    • (Optional) Enter a subject for the email in the ‘Subject’ field.
    • (Optional) Enter a message for the email in the ‘Message’ field.
    • (Optional): Click on the ‘Advanced Options’ tab and select how you want your form to be sent (attachments, plain text, HTML, etc.)
  4. Click on the ‘Save’ button. To create a link to your form:
    • 1. Add the ‘Link’ block to your page.
      2. Enter a name for your link in the ‘Text Field’. This will be what is displayed on your page.
      3. Paste the URL for your form into the ‘URL Field’.
      4. Your form is now linked to your email!
