As a freelancer, you need to have a PayPal account so that you can receive payments from your clients. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one at the PayPal website.
Once you have a PayPal account, you can link it to your UpWork account so that you can receive payments for your work. Here’s how to do it:
1. Log in to your UpWork account and go to the My Info section. 2. Click on the Banking tab and then click on the Link button next to PayPal. 3. Enter your PayPal email address and click on the Link button.
4. You will be taken to the PayPal website where you will need to log in to your account. 5. Once you’ve logged in, you will be asked to grant permission for UpWork to access your account. Click on the Allow button. 6. You will be taken back to UpWork and you should see a message saying that your PayPal account has been linked successfully.
That’s all there is to it! Now when you submit invoices for work, your client will have the option to pay you via PayPal, and the money will be transferred directly into your PayPal account.
