How Do I Loop a GIF in Canva?

Last updated on January 12, 2023 @ 9:54 am

There is one simple way to loop a GIF in Canva. That is to simply select animated graphics from the elements available in Canva and then download your design as a GIF. This will make your GIF loop continuously.

To do this, first, go to the “Elements” tab and type in keywords for the GIF that you want to create. Then, go to the “Graphics” section and click on the “See all” button.

PRO TIP: When creating a GIF in Canva, be aware that there is no looping feature. If you would like your GIF to loop, you can do this using animated graphics elements which are already available in Canva, and add them to your GIF design.

From there, select animated graphics elements that you would like to insert into your design. Just click and hold on to your selected graphics and drag them to your canvas.

Once you’re happy with your GIF, click on the “Share” button at the top-right corner of the page.

Select “GIF” for the file type, then proceed with your download.

Now you have created a GIF that automatically loops!
