There are a few different ways that you can create a brush in Photoshop. One way is to use the brush tool, which is located in the toolbar on the left side of the screen. To use the brush tool, simply click on the icon and then click and drag your mouse across the area that you want to paint.
Another way to create a brush is to use the pen tool. The pen tool is located in the same toolbar as the brush tool. To use the pen tool, simply click on the icon and then click and drag your mouse across the area that you want to paint.

Once you have created your brush, you can then use the paint bucket tool to fill in areas with color. The paint bucket tool is located in the toolbar on the right side of the screen. To use the paint bucket tool, simply click on the icon and then click on the area that you want to fill with color.
