There are a few different ways that you can make a slice in Figma. The first way is to use the Slice tool, which is located in the left toolbar.
With this tool, you can click and drag to create a rectangular or elliptical slice. You can also click on an object and then click the Slice button in the top toolbar to create a slice from that object.
Another way to create a slice is to use the Export function. To do this, select the objects that you want to export and then click File > Export > Selected Assets. In the Export dialog box, select PNG or JPG from the Format drop-down menu and then click the Export button.
Once you have created a slice, you can style it using the < p >, < b > and < u > tags in HTML. To do this, simply select the slice and then click the Styles button in the top toolbar. In the Styles dialog box, you can select the desired tags from the Text Formatting drop-down menu.
