How Do I Make a Subpage on Weebly?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 5:28 pm

Weebly is a great platform for building websites, and one of the things that makes it so user-friendly is that it offers a variety of ways to customize your site. One way you can do this is by creating subpages.

Subpages are separate pages within your website that can be used to add more content, or to focus on a specific topic. For example, if you have a website about dogs, you could create a subpage about different breeds of dogs, or about dog care.

To create a subpage on Weebly, first login to your account and go to the Page Manager. From here, you will see a list of all the pages on your website.

To create a new subpage, hover over the page where you want the subpage to be located, and click on the + sign. This will open up the Add Page dialog box.

In the Add Page dialog box, you will need to enter a name for your new page, and then select Subpage from the Page Type drop-down menu. Once you have done this, click on the Add Page button to continue.

Your new subpage will now be created and added to your website. You can add content to it just like you would any other page on your site.

To do this, simply click on the Edit button next to your new page in the Page Manager. This will open up the Weebly editor, where you can add text, images, videos, etc. Once you are finished adding content, click on the Save & Publish button to make your changes live.

PRO TIP: Weebly is a great platform for creating websites, but it’s important to be aware that creating a subpage on Weebly can be a little tricky. If you’re not careful, you could end up with a page that looks like a mess. Here are a few things to keep in mind when creating a subpage on Weebly:

1. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you want your subpage to look like before you start creating it. Otherwise, you may end up with a page that doesn’t look quite right.

2. Pay attention to the layout of your page. Weebly allows you to drag and drop elements onto your page, but you need to be careful about how you arrange them. Otherwise, your page will look cluttered and messy.

3. Use images sparingly on your subpage. Too many images can make your page look busy and can make it difficult for visitors to find the information they’re looking for.

4. Proofread your page carefully before you publish it. You don’t want to publish a page with typos or grammatical errors.

5. Test your page in different browsers to make sure it looks the way you want it to.

Creating subpages is a great way to customize your Weebly site and add more content. Follow the steps above to easily create a subpage of your own.
