There are a few different ways to make an animated GIF in Photoshop. One way is to create a frame animation.
To do this, go to File > Import > Video Frames to Layers. A window will pop up and you can select the video you want to use. Once you select your video, click Open and the video will appear as a series of frames in your project.
You can then edit each frame as you would any other image in Photoshop. When you’re finished, go to File > Export > Save for Web (legacy).
A new window will open up and you can select GIF from the drop-down menu on the right. Make sure your settings are set to loop endlessly, then click Save and give your GIF a name.
Another way to make an animated GIF in Photoshop is to use a timeline. To do this, go to Window > Timeline.
A new window will open up with a timeline at the bottom. To create a new frame, click the icon that looks like a page turning on the far left side of the timeline window.
You can then add images or videos to each frame and edit them as needed. When you’re done, go to File > Export > Save for Web (legacy) and select GIF from the drop-down menu on the right. Again, make sure your settings are set to loop endlessly, then click Save and give your GIF a name.
Creating an animated GIF in Photoshop is a great way to add some fun and excitement to your website or social media posts. With just a few clicks, you can turn any image or video into a GIF that will loop endlessly. So get creative and have fun!
