How Do I Make an Audiogram With Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 1:57 pm

An audiogram is a graph that shows the faintest sound a person can hear at different frequencies. The test is used to diagnose hearing loss.

To make an audiogram with Canva, first sign up for a free account. Then, click on the “Create a design” button and select “Blank canvas.”

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about using Canva to make an audiogram, think again! While Canva may be a great tool for creating other types of visuals, it is not ideal for audiograms. The main reason for this is that Canva does not allow you to control the x-axis of your graph, which is essential for creating an accurate audiogram. Without being able to control the x-axis, you will likely end up with an audiogram that is not accurate and could potentially lead to misdiagnosis or mistreatment.

Next, click on the “Add text” button and type in the frequencies (in Hz) that you want to include on the x-axis of the graph. For the y-axis, type in the decibel levels (in dB SPL) that correspond to each frequency. Finally, click on the “Download” button to save your audiogram as a PNG or JPG file.

Hearing loss can have a significant impact on a person’s quality of life. If you think you may have hearing loss, make an appointment with an audiologist for a hearing test.
