If you’ve ever wondered how those perfect circles show up in web graphics, it’s because they were created in a program like Photoshop. Photoshop is a very versatile program that allows users to create all sorts of graphics for the web, including circles. Creating a circle in Photoshop is actually quite simple, and only requires a few steps.
First, open up Photoshop and create a new document. You can do this by clicking File > New.
