When you want to engrave lines into an image in Photoshop, there are a few things you need to do. First, you need to create a path. To do this, click on the “Pen” tool in the Photoshop toolbar.

Then, click on the point in the image where you want to start your line. Click on another point in the image to create the second point of your path. Continue clicking to create more points and complete your path.

Once you have created your path, you need to select the “Engrave” tool. To do this, click on the “Edit” menu and then select “Engrave” from the drop-down menu.

PRO TIP: This article provides instructions on how to make engraving lines affect an image in Photoshop. However, it is important to note that this can only be done with the help of a plugin or an external program. Additionally, this may not work with all types of images.

Now that you have selected the “Engrave” tool, you need to adjust the settings. To do this, click on the “Options” button in the Photoshop toolbar. A new window will pop up with engraving options.

In the “Options” window, you can choose how deep you want your lines to be engraved and what type of material you want them to be engraved into. You can also choose how wide you want your lines to be. Once you have adjusted all of these settings, click “OK” to close the window.

Now that you have adjusted all of your settings, it is time to engrave your lines into the image. To do this, simply click on the “Engrave” button in the Photoshop toolbar. Your lines will now be engraved into the image!
