In this article, we will be showing you how to make fluffy clouds in Photoshop. We will be using the Inner Glow effect to achieve this. First, we will need to create a new document. We will want this document to be 800×600 pixels. Next, we will want to create a new layer. We will name this layer “Inner Glow.” We will want to make sure that the layer is set to “Soft Light.” Next, we will want to add the Inner Glow effect to our “Inner Glow” layer. We will want to set the Amount to 50%. We will also want to set the Color to #FFF. We will then want to add a new layer. We will name this layer “Outer Glow.” Next, we will want to add the Outer Glow effect to our “Outer Glow” layer. Finally, we will want to add a new layer.
