There are a few different ways that you can make text transparent with an outline in Photoshop. One way is to use the “stroke” effect. To do this, simply select the layer that contains your text, then go to “Layer > Layer Style > Stroke.” From here, you can adjust the stroke width and color to your liking.

Another way to create a transparent text outline is to use the “outer glow” effect. Again, select the layer with your text, then go to “Layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow.” From here, you can adjust the size, color, and opacity of the outer glow until you get the look that you want.

Once you have your text transparent with an outline, you can then style it using HTML tags. To make your text bold, simply enclose it in < b > tags.

To make it underlined, use < u > tags. And to add a paragraph break, use < p > tags. By using these simple HTML tags, you can easily style your transparent text any way you want!
