In Photoshop, you can create wavy text in a couple of different ways. One way is to use the Wave filter. To do this, first select the text layer that you want to modify. Then, go to Filter > Distort > Wave.

In the Wave dialog box, enter the settings that you want to use. You can specify the number of waves, the amplitude, and the wavelength. You can also choose whether the waves are horizontal or vertical.

Another way to create wavy text is to use the Warp Text command. To do this, select the text layer that you want to modify.

Then, go to Edit > Transform > Warp Text. In the Warp Text dialog box, select the warp style that you want to use. You can also specify how much you want to warp the text.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that the ‘How Do I Make Text Wavy in Photoshop?’ tutorial on the internet is out-of-date and no longer accurate. The current version of Photoshop does not have a ‘Wavy Text’ filter anymore, so this tutorial will not work.

Once you have created your wavy text, you can further modify it by adding a stroke or changing the color. To add a stroke, go to Layer > Layer Style > Stroke.

In the Stroke dialog box, specify the size and color of the stroke. To change the color of the text, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation and play around with the settings until you get the desired effect.
