To export your products from WooCommerce:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Products
  3. At the top of the Products page, select Export
  4. Product data to export: Select the type of data you want to export
  5. Export to: Choose the format you want to export your product data to
  6. Enable/Disable column names in first row: By default, WooCommerce will add column headers as the first row in your CSV file. If you don’t want these headers, disable this setting.

To import products into WooCommerce:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Products > Import Products (if this is not visible, you may need to install and activate the WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite plugin first)
  3. Upload your CSV file using the choose file button – make sure it’s saved in a UTF-8 format! If you have issues with special characters, we recommend opening your CSV file using a text editor such as Notepad++ and selecting ‘UTF-8 without BOM’ from the Encoding drop down menu, then saving and trying again..

If this still doesn’t work, please contact support for further assistance.
