There are many ways to open a Figma file on a Mac. One way is to use the native Figma app, which can be downloaded from the App Store. Another way is to use the web app, which can be accessed at https://www.figma.com/.

Once you have either the native app or the web app open, you can then open a Figma file by clicking on the ‘Open File’ button in the top-left corner of the screen. This will bring up a dialogue box where you can select the Figma file you wish to open.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to open a Figma file on a Mac, you may need to first convert the file to a format that is compatible with Mac computers. Otherwise, you may receive an error message or the file may not open correctly.

Once you have opened a Figma file, you can then interact with it using the various tools that are available. For example, you can use the ‘Select’ tool to select elements on the canvas, and then use the ‘Move’ tool to move them around.

So that’s how you can open a Figma file on a Mac! By using either the native app or the web app, you can easily open and interact with any Figma file.
