If you need help with something on Fiverr, opening a support request is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

    1. Go to the Fiverr homepage and log in. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up for one here. Once you’re logged in, hover your mouse over your profile image in the top right corner of the page and click “Buyer Help.”

    2. On the buyer help page, select “Contact Support.” You’ll be taken to a page with a form that you can fill out to send your request to the Fiverr customer support team.
