How Do I Open a Wix Support Ticket?

    1. Login to your Wix account

    2. Click on the “Help” icon in the top right corner of your screen

    3. Click “Contact Support”

    4. Select the relevant category and subcategory for your issue

    5. Enter a brief description of your issue and click “Continue”

    6. Enter your contact information and click “Submit”

PRO TIP: If you are experiencing problems with your Wix account or website, you may need to contact Wix Support in order to get help. However, before doing so, please be aware that there is no guarantee that Wix Support will be able to solve your issue. In some cases, they may even suggest that you create a new account or website.
