As the owner of a Shopify store, you’re probably looking for ways to streamline your ordering process. After all, the more streamlined and efficient your ordering process is, the more likely you are to make sales and keep customers happy.
Fortunately, Shopify makes it easy to order from your store. In this article, we’ll show you how to order from Shopify step-by-step.
The first step in ordering from Shopify is to log into your account. If you don’t have a Shopify account yet, you can sign up for one here.
Once you’ve logged into your account, take a look around the interface. You should see an “Orders” tab on the left side of the screen. Click on that tab.
On the Orders page, you’ll see a list of all the orders that have been placed on your store. To view an individual order, simply click on it. You can also view all the details of an order by clicking on the “Details” button next to it.
Once you’ve clicked on an individual order, you’ll see all the details of that order on the right side of the screen. Here, you can view information such as the customer’s name and address, what items were ordered, and the total amount of the order. You can also add notes to an order by clicking on the “Add Note” button.
If you need to cancel an order or refund a customer, you can do so by clicking on the “Cancel Order” or “Refund” buttons. You can also resend an invoice to a customer by clicking on the “Resend Invoice” button.
When you’re ready to fulfill an order, click on the “Fulfill Order” button. This will take you to a page where you can enter information about how you’re going to fulfill the order.
For example, if you’re going to ship the order, you’ll need to enter the shipping address and method. You can also add tracking information here if you have it. Once you’ve entered all the information about fulfilling the order, click on the “Fulfill Order” button again and Shopify will take care of everything else for you!
