There are a few different ways that you can overlay pictures in Canva.

One way is to use the built-in grids. To do this, first select the image you want to use as your background.

Next, open the Elements tab and select the grid element. Drag the grid element onto your image.

You can also use shapes to create an overlay.

Next, open the Elements tab and select the shape you want to use. Drag the shape onto your image and resize it as needed.

Another way to create an overlay is to use a text box.

Next, open the Text tab and select the Add Heading option. Enter your text into the text box and then position it over your image.

Once you have your overlay created, you can style it using the options in the toolbar. You can change the color, opacity, and other properties of your overlay.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great way to overlay pictures, but there are some limitations. Here are some things to keep in mind:

-The quality of your overlay will be determined by the quality of the pictures you use. If you use low-resolution pictures, your overlay will be low-resolution as well.

-Canva only allows you to overlay two pictures at a time. If you want to overlayer more than two pictures, you’ll need to use another program.

-Canva’s picture overlays are not transparent. This means that if you try to overlay a picture on top of another picture, the bottom picture will be obscured.
