How Do I Overlay Text on an Image in Squarespace?

There are many different ways to overlay text on an image in Squarespace. One way is to use the built-in Image Block.

With this method, you can add text directly on top of your image by using the Rich Text Editor. Simply click on the image and then click on the “T” icon.

Another way to add text to an image is by using the Cover Block. With this method, you can add a title and subtitle directly on top of your image.

Simply click on the image and then click on the “Edit” button. In the pop-up window, click on the “Text” tab and then enter your title and subtitle.

If you want more control over how your text looks, you can use HTML to style your text. To do this, simply click on the image and then click on the “Edit” button. In the pop-up window, click on the “Code” tab and then enter your HTML code.
