There are a few different ways that you can paste an Excel table into Figma. One way is to use the built-in Figma table feature.

To do this, simply create a new Figma file and then click on the “Tables” icon in the left sidebar. From there, you can click on the “Paste Table” option and paste your Excel data into the table.

Another way to paste an Excel table into Figma is to use the “Paste as Plain Text” option. To do this, simply copy your Excel data and then go to the “Edit” menu and select “Paste as Plain Text.”

PRO TIP: When copying and pasting an Excel table into Figma, be sure to first convert the data into a plain text format. Otherwise, you may end up with unwanted formatting changes or errors.

This will paste your data into a text box in Figma. You can then format the text box as you like, including adding borders, background colors, etc.

Finally, you can also paste an Excel table into Figma using the HTML < table > tag. To do this, simply copy your Excel data and then go to the “Insert” menu and select “HTML.”

This will open a new window where you can enter your HTML code. Paste your Excel data into the code and then style it as you like using the < table >, < tr >, < td >, < th >, etc. tags.

So, those are a few different ways that you can paste an Excel table into Figma. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, so choose the one that best suits your needs.
