So, you want to know how to Photoshop your face onto another picture Well, there are a few different ways that you can do this, and we’re going to show you a couple of them now.

The first way is to use the ‘Lasso Tool’. With this tool, you can draw around your face in the photo that you want to use, and then simply delete the background. This will leave your face as a floating object that you can then place onto another image.

To do this:

  • Open the ‘Lasso Tool’ from the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen
  • Click and hold down the mouse button, then draw around your face. Try to be as accurate as possible.
  • Once you have drawn around your face, release the mouse button and press ‘delete’ on your keyboard.
  • Your face will now be floating in space – position it over the other image and press ‘Ctrl + D’ to paste it down.

The second way to do this is by using the ‘Pen Tool’. This is a slightly more advanced technique, but it gives you a lot more control over how your face is placed onto the other image.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, Photoshop can be used to create fake images that can be difficult to distinguish from the real thing. This guide will show you how to photoshop your face onto another picture, but please be aware that if you are not careful, your fake image may be convincing enough to fool others.
  • Open the ‘Pen Tool’ from the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen
