How do I process orders on BigCommerce?

If you are new to BigCommerce, then you may be wondering how to process orders. Here is a guide on how to do it:

1. In the “My Products” tab, find the product you want to process the order for.

2. Click on the product’s “Add to Cart” button.

3. On the “Cart” page, find the “Order Process” section under the “Details” tab.

4. Under “Order Process,” you will find the following options: “Ship This Order,” “Create a New Order,” and “Edit an Existing Order.”

5. To process an order, click on “Ship This Order.”

6. On the “Ship This Order” page, you will need to provide the following information:

– Order Number: This is the order number that you received when you placed the order.

– Order Date: This is the date that the order was placed.

– Customer Name: This is the name of the customer who placed the order.

– Customer Email: This is the email address of the customer who placed the order.

– Order Notes: This is a note that you can add to the order.

7. Click on “Create Order.”

8. On the “Create Order” page, you will need to provide the following information:

– Product: This is the product that you are shipping to the customer.
