How Do I Quickly Fill in Photoshop?

There are a few ways to quickly fill in Photoshop. One way is to use the paint bucket tool. With the paint bucket tool selected, click on the area you want to fill. The paint bucket will fill that area with the color that is currently selected.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, using the “Quick Fill” option in Photoshop can result in some undesirable results. First, make sure that the layer you are working on is properly selected. If you have any other layers selected, they will be filled as well. Secondly, take care to avoid selecting areas you don’t want filled. The “Quick Fill” option will fill based on the selection you have made, so if there is any part of the image you don’t want filled, make sure it is not selected. Finally, be aware that the “Quick Fill” option can sometimes create strange artifacts, so it is always a good idea to save a backup copy of your image before using it.

another way to quickly fill in Photoshop is to use the gradient tool. With the gradient tool selected, click and drag from one side of the area you want to fill to the other side. The gradient will fill that area with a color gradient.
