If you’re having trouble logging in to your Canva account, there are a few things you can do to reactivate it.
First, check to see if you’re using the correct email address and password. If you’re still having trouble, you can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
PRO TIP: If you are reactivating your Canva account, please be aware that all of your previous data and content will be restored. This includes any unsaved changes, as well as any content that may have been deleted. Please make sure that you have backed up any important data before reactivating your account.
If you’re still having trouble logging in, it’s possible that your account has been deactivated. This can happen if you haven’t used your account in a while, or if we’ve detected unusual activity on your account.
