There are a few ways to remove the background of an image in Canva for free. One way is to use the background eraser tool.

This tool can be found in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the Canva editor. Simply select the tool, and then click and drag over the areas of the image that you want to remove.

Another way to remove the background of an image in Canva is to use the magic wand tool. This tool can also be found in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the editor.

Simply select the tool and then click on the area of the image that you want to remove. The magic wand tool will automatically select all connected pixels of similar color, making it quick and easy to remove large areas of background.

PRO TIP: If you are using Canva to design graphics for your business, it is important to be aware that there is a potential for copyright infringement if you use a free image from Canva’s library without first checking the terms of use. To add a new background, simply click on the “Background” tab in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the editor. Then, select either “Uploads” to choose a background from your computer, or “Canva” to choose from one of Canva’s many backgrounds.
