How Do I Report a Problem to Fiverr?

Fiverr is a global online marketplace offering tasks and services, referred to as ‘gigs’ beginning at a cost of $5. Founded in 2010, the company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel and provides services in 196 countries.

If you need to report a problem to Fiverr, there are a few things you can do.

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the seller. If you’re not able to do that, or if the seller is unresponsive, you can contact Fiverr support.

There are a few ways to contact Fiverr support:

You can email them at support@Fiverr.com.
You can fill out a form on their website.
You can call them at +1 (888) 687-7477.

When you contact Fiverr support, be sure to have the following information ready:

Your username
The username of the seller you’re having an issue with
A description of the problem you’re experiencing
Any relevant screenshots or attachments that can help explain the problem
The date and time when the problem occurred (if applicable)
Your order number (if applicable)
