Designers often need to resize their designs to fit different screen sizes or to make room for new elements. Resizing a design in Figma is easy and only takes a few clicks.

To resize a design, first select the element or frame that you want to resize. Then, click on the “Resize” tab in the top toolbar. From here, you can adjust the width, height, and position of the element.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, you can easily resize a design in Figma and lose all your hard work. Make sure to save your work frequently and export your designs before resizing them.

If you want to keep the aspect ratio of the element, you can check the “Lock Aspect Ratio” option. This will make sure that the element doesn’t get distorted when you resize it.

Once you’re happy with the new size of the element, simply click on the “Apply” button and your changes will be saved.

Resizing elements in Figma is a quick and easy way to change the size of your design. By using the Resize tool, you can easily adjust the width, height, and position of any element in your design.
