How Do I Schedule a Blog Post on Squarespace?

Assuming you have a Squarespace account and are logged in, follow these steps to schedule a blog post:

1. On the Home Menu, click Pages.

2. Hover over the page where you want to add a blog post, then click the + icon that appears.

3. In the Add Page dialog box, click Blog.

4. Click Add at the bottom of the dialog box.

5. This launches the Blog Post Editor, where you can enter your content.


6. To schedule your post, click Publish Date & Time in the Post Settings panel on the right.

7. Select Scheduled, then use the calendar to choose a date and time for your post to go live.

8. Click Done.

9. To preview your scheduled post, click Preview in the upper-right corner of the site editor.

PRO TIP: Blog posts on Squarespace can be scheduled in advance, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

– Make sure you have the correct time zone set in your account settings. Otherwise, your scheduled post might publish at the wrong time.

– If you schedule a post and then make changes to it later, those changes will not be reflected in the scheduled post. You’ll need to reschedule the post if you want the changes to be published.

– Scheduled posts cannot be edited or deleted once they’ve been published, so make sure everything is correct before you schedule it!
