If you need to refund an order on Squarespace, you can do so from the Orders panel in your Home Menu. To refund an order:

Log in to your Squarespace account.

Click the Home Menu icon in the upper-left corner.

Click Orders.

Hover over the order you want to refund and click … (ellipses).

Enter the amount you want to refund in the Refund Amount field. You can refund the entire order amount, or a partial amount.

Add optional details in the Note to Customer field. These details appear on the customer’s credit card statement next to the refund charge.
