How Do I Search for Products in WooCommerce?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 9:22 pm

When it comes to eCommerce platforms, WooCommerce is one of the most popular choices for small businesses and entrepreneurs. One of the reasons WooCommerce is so popular is because it’s built on WordPress, which is a platform that many people are already familiar with.

Another reason people love WooCommerce is because it’s relatively easy to use. However, one thing that can be a little bit tricky to figure out is how to search for products within WooCommerce. In this article, we’ll show you how to search for products in WooCommerce so you can find what you’re looking for with ease.

The first thing you need to do is log into your WordPress dashboard. Once you’re logged in, you should see a sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, hover over “WooCommerce” and then click on “Products.”

PRO TIP: If you are searching for products in WooCommerce, be aware that the search function may not return all relevant results. In particular, if you are using the default search function, it will only search for products that are visible on the shop page. If you want to search for products that are not visible on the shop page, you will need to use the advanced search function.

On the Products page, you should see a list of all the products that have been added to your WooCommerce store. To the right of each product, there are several options including “Edit,” “Quick Edit,” “Trash,” and “View.”

If you know the name orSKU of the product you want to find, you can enter it into the Search Products field at the top of the page and then click on the “Search Products” button.
