How Do I See Page Size in Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 3:02 pm

When creating a new design in Canva, you may notice that the Page Size options in the drop-down menu are different from the standard paper sizes you’re used to seeing. This is because Canva offers a wide range of print and digital products that you can design for, and each product has its own set of page sizes.

To see all the page size options available in Canva, first select the product you’d like to design for from the list under Choose a Product.

Once you’ve selected a product, all the available page sizes for that product will appear in the Page Size drop-down menu.

You can also switch between products and their corresponding page sizes at any time by clicking on the Change Product button above the canvas.

For example, if you’re designing a Facebook cover photo, you’ll see options like 851 x 315 px and 1200 x 444 px in the Page Size drop-down menu. If you switch to designing an A4 poster, you’ll see page size options like 210 x 297 mm and 420 x 594 mm.

Keep in mind that not all products have landscape and portrait orientation options, so be sure to check the orientation of your design before selecting a page size.

PRO TIP: If you are using Canva to design pages for a print project, it is very important to know the page size of your document. Otherwise, your pages may not print correctly. To view the page size in Canva, simply click on the “File” menu and then select “Page Setup.” From there, you will be able to see the width and height of your page in inches.
