How Do I See Tickets on Wix Support?

Do you need to view your tickets on Wix Support? Here’s how:

Log in to your Wix account. In the top right corner, click your profile image or avatar. Click Support.

On the My Tickets page, you’ll see all the tickets you’ve submitted. To view a ticket, click its Title.

You can also filter your tickets by clicking one of the options at the top of the page: All, Open, or Closed.

The conclusion is that in order to see your tickets on Wix Support, you need to log in to your account and click on the ‘Support’ option. From there, you will be directed to the ‘My Tickets’ page where you can view all of the tickets you have submitted. You also have the option to filter your tickets by clicking on ‘All’, ‘Open’, or ‘Closed’.
