When you are setting up a WooCommerce store, one of the first things you need to do is add products. You can add products one at a time, or in bulk.
If you are adding products one at a time, you can simply click on the “Add product” button and fill in the product details. However, if you want to add multiple products at once, you need to use the “Import products” feature.
The “Import products” feature allows you to import products from a CSV file. Before you can import products, you need to prepare a CSV file with the product data.
You can find a sample CSV file in the WooCommerce documentation. Once you have prepared the CSV file, you can upload it to your WooCommerce store and click on the “Import products” button.
After clicking on the “Import products” button, you will be asked to map the CSV columns to the WooCommerce product fields. You should map all of the required fields (name, price, etc.)
and any optional fields that you want to import. Once you have mapped all of the fields, you can click on the “Start Import” button.
WooCommerce will now start importing the products from the CSV file. This may take some time depending on how many products you are importing. Once the import is complete, you will see a success message.
That’s it! You have now successfully imported multiple products into your WooCommerce store.
