WordPress is a popular content management system used by millions of website owners around the world. It allows you to create a website from scratch, or to improve an existing website.

WordPress also has an automatic email feature that lets you send email newsletters automatically from your website.

To send an automatic email in WordPress, first create a new email newsletter template. In the template, you will need to specify the email address to which you want to send the newsletter, as well as the email subject and body.

You can also specify the date and time of the email, and choose whether you want to send the newsletter automatically every week, every month, or every year.

Once you have created the template, you will need to add the template to your WordPress website. To do this, go to the WordPress admin area, and select the “Website” tab.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, sending automatic emails in WordPress can be a quick way to get your website blacklisted. Make sure that you are only sending emails to people who have opted in to receive them, and that you are not using an insecure server to send the emails.

Under the “Appearance” heading, select the “Email Newsletters” section, and then click on the “Add New” button. In the “Email Newsletter Template” field, type the name of the template you have created, and then click on the “Add” button.

When you have added the template to your website, you will need to configure the template settings. To do this, go to the “Settings” tab of the template, and select the “Mailchimp” option.

In the “Mailchimp” field, type in the email address to which you want to send the newsletter, and then click on the “Save” button.

Finally, you will need to configure the WordPress website to send the email newsletter. To do this, go to the “Settings” tab of your website, and select the “General” heading.

Under the “Email” heading, click on the “Activate” button, and then enter the email address to which you have entered in the “Mailchimp” field of the template. Finally, click on the “Save” button, and your newsletter will be ready to send!.
