Last updated on October 2, 2022 @ 4:03 am

When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, they’ll receive an email confirmation of their purchase. This email includes their order details, shipping information, and links to tracking information. You can also include a message from your company, and add some personalized details to make the email more unique.

To send an email confirmation order on Shopify:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Notifications. 2. In the Customer notifications section, click Order confirmation.

3. Enter the subject line and message that you want to include in the email. You can use the following variables in your subject line and message to automatically insert order information:

{{name}} – The customer’s first and last name
{{order_name}} – The name of the order
{{order_number}} – The order number
4. To include a link to the order status page in the email, check the box next to Include a link to the order status page. 5.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to send an email confirmation order on Shopify, it is important to be aware that there are some potential risks involved. First and foremost, it is important to make sure that your Shopify account is secure and that you are using a reputable email service. There have been instances where people have had their Shopify accounts hacked and their email addresses used to send spam or phishing emails. Additionally, if you are not careful when sending email confirmations, you could inadvertently include sensitive information in the message (such as credit card numbers or shipping addresses). Finally, it is always possible that your email could get caught in a spam filter. For these reasons, it is important to exercise caution when sending email confirmations on Shopify.

Click Save. Now when a customer places an order on your store, they’ll receive an email confirmation with all of the relevant details. You can customize this email to include whatever information you think will be most useful for your customers.
