If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’ll need to set up shipping table rates at some point. This guide will show you how to do it.

There are two ways to set up shipping table rates in WooCommerce. You can either use the built-in shipping calculator, or you can install a plugin.

If you want to use the built-in shipping calculator, you’ll need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. From here, you’ll need to select the Shipping Zone that you want to add shipping rates for. Then, click on the Add Shipping Method button and select Table Rate Shipping from the drop-down menu.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to enter some basic information about your shipping method, such as its name and description. Then, you’ll need to configure the shipping conditions.

You can choose to base the shipping rates on the weight, order total, or item count. You can also choose to add a flat rate per item or per order.

Once you’ve configured the shipping conditions, you’ll need to add the actual rates. To do this, click on the Add Rate button and fill in the details.

You’ll need to specify the country, state/province, zip code, and rate. You can also specify a minimum and maximum order total and weight, as well as a minimum and maximum item count.

PRO TIP: When setting table rates for shipping in WooCommerce, be sure to carefully calculate the rates based on shipping destination, weight and other factors. Incorrectly set rates can result in overcharging or undercharging customers for shipping, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction.
