Adding a confirmation email to your Shopify store is a great way to keep customers informed about their order status. By default, Shopify will send out a confirmation email to customers after they place an order.

However, you can also customize these emails to include additional information, such as order details or shipping information. To set up a confirmation email on Shopify:

    1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Notifications.

    2. Under the “Order Confirmation” section, click Edit.

    3. In the “Template” drop-down menu, select the template that you want to use for your confirmation email.

    4. In the “Subject” field, enter the subject line that you want to use for your confirmation email.

    5. In the “From” field, enter the name and email address that you want to use for your confirmation email.

    6. In the “CC” field, enter any additional email addresses that you want to receive a copy of the confirmation email (optional).

    7. In the “BCC” field, enter any additional email addresses that you want to receive a blind carbon copy of the confirmation email (optional).

    8. Under the “Message” section, enter the message that you want to include in your confirmation email. You can use the following HTML tags in your message: <p>, <b> and <u>.

    9. When you’re finished, click Save.

Your confirmation email will now be sent to customers after they place an order on your store!
