You’ve just started your Shopify store and things are going great. You’re making sales, but you’re also spending a lot of time on menial tasks like fulfilling orders and sending out shipping notifications. Wouldn’t it be great if there were a way to automate some of these processes?

Luckily, there is! Shopify has a built-in automation feature that lets you automate certain tasks in your store. In this article, we’ll show you how to set up automation in your Shopify store.

First, let’s take a look at what tasks can be automated in Shopify. Currently, the following tasks can be automated:

PRO TIP: Shopify’s automation features are powerful, but can be complex to set up. If you are not familiar with Shopify’s automation features, we strongly recommend that you consult with a Shopify expert before setting up any automation.

– Sending shipping notifications to customers
– Fulfilling orders
– Adding customers to a mailing list
– Sending abandoned cart emails

To set up automation in your Shopify store, go to the “Settings” page and click on the “Automation” tab. From here, you can choose which task you want to automate and set up the automation rules. For example, if you want to automate shipping notifications, you can choose to send them out automatically when an order is placed or when an order is shipped.

Once you’ve set up the automation rules, your store will start running automatically! This will free up your time so that you can focus on other aspects of your business.
