How do I set up FTP on GoDaddy?

Setting up FTP on GoDaddy is easy. To get started, open your GoDaddy account and click on the “Your Account” link in the top right corner. On the Your Account page, click on the “Manage File Types” link in the left column. This will open the File Types Manager page. Click on the “FTP” link in the left column, and then click on the “Configure FTP” button in the right column.

On the FTP Configure page, you will need to provide your FTP login information and your FTP server address. You will also need to provide your FTP password. Click on the “Create Profile” button to create your FTP profile. Finally, click on the “Apply Profile” button to save your changes and get started using FTP on GoDaddy.

To use FTP on GoDaddy, you will first need to create a profile. To create a profile, click on the “Create Profile” button in the left column of the FTP Configure page.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to set up FTP on GoDaddy, be aware that there are many scams out there that will try to trick you into giving them your personal information. Be sure to only enter your information into trusted websites and never give your password to anyone.

Enter your FTP login information and your FTP server address in the appropriate fields, and then click on the “Create Profile” button.

Once you have created your profile, you can use FTP to upload and download files. To upload a file, click on the “Upload” button in the main toolbar of the FTP Configure page.

To download a file, click on the “Download” button in the main toolbar of the FTP Configure page.
