To start using Stripe Payments with WooCommerce, you’ll need to first install and activate the plugin. Then, you’ll need to connect your Stripe account to WooCommerce. To do this, you’ll need to go to the Stripe website and log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll need to click on the “Connect with WooCommerce” button.

After you’ve connected your Stripe account to WooCommerce, you’ll need to go to the Stripe settings page in your WordPress admin area and click on the “Payments” tab. On this tab, you’ll need to enter your Stripe secret key and publishable key. You can find these keys in your Stripe account under the “API” tab. Once you’ve entered your secret and publishable keys, you’ll need to click on the “Update” button.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Stripe or WooCommerce, please do not attempt to set up Stripe payments in WooCommerce without first consulting someone who is familiar with both platforms. Incorrectly setting up Stripe payments in WooCommerce can result in lost orders and/or revenue.

Now that you’ve connected your Stripe account to WooCommerce, you can start accepting payments through Stripe. To do this, you’ll need to go to the Stripe settings page in your WordPress admin area and click on the “Payments” tab. On this tab, you’ll need to select the payment methods that you want to enable. Currently, Stripe supports four payment methods: Credit Cards, SEPA Direct Debit, SOFORT Banking, and Bancontact.

To accept credit card payments, you’ll need to select the “Credit Cards” payment method. To accept SEPA Direct Debit payments, you’ll need to select the “SEPA Direct Debit” payment method. To accept SOFORT Banking payments, youll need to select the “SOFORT Banking” payment method. And finally, to accept Bancontact payments, you’ll need to select the “Bancontact” payment method.

Once you’ve selected the payment methods that you want to enable, you’ll need to click on the “Update” button. That’s it! You’re now ready to start accepting payments through Stripe.
