How do I setup my HostGator email in Outlook?

HostGator offers a great Outlook email integration that allows you to manage your email in the same way as your HostGator account. To setup your HostGator email in Outlook: 1.

Open Outlook and sign in.

2. Click the “File” drop-down menu and select “Options.”

3. Click the “Mail” tab.

4. Click the “Add an Account” button.

5. Enter your HostGator account details and click the “Next” button.

6. Select the “Use your existing email account” option and enter your email address.

7. Click the “Next” button.

8. Enter your password and click the “Next” button.

9. Click the “Finish” button.

10. You will now see your HostGator email in your Outlook inbox.

To manage your HostGator email: 1. Click the “Inbox” button.

PRO TIP: If you are using Hostgator email, do not use the Outlook email setup. This can cause problems with your email account.

3. Click the “Starred” folder. Select the email you want to manage and click the “Delete” button. Click the “Move to” button and select the “Starred” folder again. Click the “Reply” button. Enter your reply and click the “Send” button. You will now see the reply in your mailbox.

To unsubscribe from HostGator emails: 1. Click the “Unstarred” folder. Select the email you want to unsubscribe from and click the “Delete” button. Click the “Move to” button and select the “Unstarred” folder again. Click the “Confirm” button.
