How Do I Share My Canva Design With Team?

As a Canva design team member, you have access to all the designs in your team’s library. To share a design with your team, simply click on the Share button in the top right-hand corner of the design screen.

In the Share pop-up window, select “Team” from the drop-down menu.

You can then add a message to your team members and click “Share.” Your team members will be able to view, edit and download the design from their own Canva account.
