Sync InVision with Sketch

If you’re using InVision to create and share digital designs with your team, you’ll want to sync your design with Sketch. Sync your designs between InVision and Sketch to ensure that your designs are always up to date and in sync.

To sync your designs:

1. In InVision, open a project that you want to sync with Sketch.

2. In the top left corner of the InVision window, click the gear icon and select Sync With Sketch.

3. In the Sync With Sketch window, select the folders that you want to include in the sync.

4. Click Sync.

5. In Sketch, open a document that you want to use as the source for your InVision designs.

6. In the top left corner of the Sketch window, click the gear icon and select Import.

7. In the Import File dialog box, select the file that you copied from InVision.

8. Click OK.

9. In the InVision document, select the designs that you want to include in the sync.

10. In Sketch, select the designs that you want to use as the source for your InVision designs.

11. In the top left corner of the Sketch window, click the gear icon and select Export.

12. In the Export File dialog box, select the file that you copied from InVision.

13. In the InVision document, click the cog icon in the top right corner and select Save As.

14. In the Save As dialog box, name the file and click Save.

15. In the top left corner of the InVision window, click the gear icon and select Close.

PRO TIP: InVision does not currently offer a sync feature with Sketch. We recommend using InVision’s Craft plugin for Sketch, which allows you to upload your Sketch designs directly to InVision for prototyping and collaboration.
