In order to track WooCommerce purchases in Google Analytics, you will need to install the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin. Once installed and activated, you will need to connect your WooCommerce store to your Google Analytics account.

To do this, you will need to generate and enter a Tracking ID into the plugin settings. Once connected, Google Analytics will start tracking data from your WooCommerce store, including purchase data.

There are two ways to view this data in Google Analytics. The first is to go to the Conversions > Ecommerce > Overview report.

This report will show you total revenue, number of transactions, and other ecommerce data.

The second way to view this data is by going to the Behavior > Site Content > All Pages. Here you will be able to see all the pages on your WooCommerce store, including the checkout page.

By clicking on the checkout page, you will see data specific to that page, including conversion rate and average order value.

You can also track specific product purchases by setting up goals in Google Analytics. To do this, go to the Admin> section and click on “+ New Goal”.

From here, you can choose from a variety of goal types, including “Destination”, “Duration”, and “Event”. For tracking product purchases, we recommend choosing “Destination” and setting the destination as the Thank You page URL after a successful purchase has been made.
