If you’re looking to switch from Weebly to Squarespace, there are a few things you need to do in order to transfer your domain. First, you’ll need to export your Weebly site into an HTML file. To do this, go to your Weebly editor and click on Settings, then click on Export. From there, select “Export as HTML.” Once the file has downloaded, you’ll need to unzip it.

Now that you have your HTML file, you can import it into Squarespace.

To do this, create a new site on Squarespace and then click on the “Import Content” button. Select “Import from another platform” and then choose “HTML.” From there, you’ll upload the HTML file you exported from Weebly.

Once your content has been imported, you’ll need to update your DNS settings in order to point your domain to Squarespace. To do this, log into your domain registrar (the place where you bought your domain) and find the DNS settings. Then, add two A Records:

PRO TIP: If you are considering transferring your domain from Weebly to Squarespace, be aware that there are some important steps you need to take to ensure a smooth transition.

First, you will need to unlock your domain at Weebly. To do this, log into your Weebly account and go to the “Settings” tab. Under “Domain,” click on the “Transfer Domain” link. This will take you to a page where you can enter your domain name and unlock it.

Once your domain is unlocked, you will need to get an authorization code from Weebly. This code is required in order to transfer your domain to Squarespace. To get the code, log into your Weebly account and go to the “Settings” tab. Under “Domain,” click on the “Transfer Domain” link. On the next page, you will see a box labeled “Authorization Code.” Copy this code and keep it handy, as you will need it in the next step.

Now that you have your authorization code, you can begin the process of transferring your domain to Squarespace. Log into your Squarespace account and go to the “Domains” tab. Click on the “Transfer Domain” button
