If you’re new to Photoshop, you may be wondering how to turn on the Color Picker. The Color Picker is a handy tool that allows you to select colors for your image. Here’s how to turn it on:

1. Open Photoshop and create a new document.

2. Click on the “Edit” menu and select “Color Settings.”

3. In the Color Settings dialog box, click on the drop-down menu next to “Color Picker” and select “Photoshop Default.”

4. Click “OK” to close the dialog box.

5. Now, when you click on the foreground or background color in the toolbox, the Color Picker will appear.

6. To select a color, simply click on it in the Color Picker and then click “OK.” The color will be applied to your image.

PRO TIP: Color Picker is a Photoshop tool used to select colors from an image. If used incorrectly, it can result in colors that are not intended to be selected.
