How Do I Use a Tumbler Template in Canva?

Last updated on December 24, 2022 @ 12:56 am

A tumbler template is a great way to add style to your text in HTML. To use a tumbler template, simply add the following code to your HTML file:

Tumbler Template Code:

<link href='https://s3.amazonaws.com/tumbler-
templates/tumbler-template.css'
    rel='stylesheet'
    type='text/css'>

Once you have added the code to your HTML file, you can then style your text using the < p >, < b >, and < u > tags where applicable. For example, you could use the following code to make your text bold and underlined:

<p><b><u>This is my text!</u></b></p>

You can also use the < p >, < b >, and < u > tags to style other elements on your page, such as headers and lists. For more information on how to use these tags, consult the HTML tutorial on w3schools.com.

There are lots of ways to customize text in Canva, but one of our favorites is using a tumbler template.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to do it.

  1. Start by opening up a new Canva design.
  2. Click on “Text” in the left hand sidebar and then “Add Heading” or “Add Subheading”
  3. You can also add body text by clicking “Add a paragraph of text”.

Now that you have some text on your design, it’s time to dress it up with a tumbler template.
To do this, click on the “Text” tab again and scroll down to the “Text Styles” section. Click on the “Apply heading 3” dropdown menu and select “Tumbler Heading 3” from the list of options.
